🚫 I think I've been banned / my account is restricted
A few reasons accounts get flagged:
- Suspected multi-accounting (using multiple wallets to farm promos or vouchers).
- Self-funded referrals (creating downline accounts to farm your own commissions).
- Violating terms of service in chat (harassment, scams, etc.).
- Pattern-abuse of vouchers or airdrops.
Appeals: open a ticket with your wallet address. State clearly what you believe the issue is and why you think it's mistaken. We review every appeal but we can't discuss investigations in detail — our decision letter is the final position on each case.
