📱 I can't sign in on a new device

Since SolBet uses wallet-based login, "signing in" on a new device means connecting the same wallet you've used before.


  • On desktop: install Phantom / Solflare / Backpack, import your wallet, then visit SolBet and click Connect.
  • On mobile: open SolBet inside your wallet app's built-in browser.


If you registered with wallet A and you're now trying from wallet B, that's a different account — you'd need access to wallet A.


Lost your wallet seed phrase? We can't recover it. Solana wallets are non-custodial — SolBet never has access to your keys. Without the seed phrase you cannot recover the wallet, the SOL in it, or the SolBet history tied to it. Keep your seed phrase safe — this is critical.
