SolBet chat has basic moderation:

• No spam, no solicitation, no shilling other sites.
• No harassment, slurs, or explicit content.
• No giveaway-baiting or link drops.

Chat bans are separate from account bans — a chat ban doesn't stop you playing, and vice versa.

To appeal a chat ban, open a ticket. Include the approximate time of the message(s) that triggered it.
